Soup 
Homemade Tomato and Basil soup with parmesan croutons (V) 
 
Smoked Salmon cornet with dill sauce 
Scottish Salmon and cream cheese cornets with dill sauce and a garnish of red roe 
 
Pate 
Luxury Duck Liver and Pork Pâté with Orange & Cognac Liqueur 
 
Stilton Mushroom 
Closed cup mushrooms smothered in a creamy garlic Tuxford and Tebbutt stilton sauce 
With toasted fingers of Brioche Bread (V) 
 
Melon 
Fanned chilled Melon slices and fruits of the forest drizzled with mango coulis (V)(VE)

Roasted leg of lamb drizzled with Minted Gravy 
 
Pork and apple sauce 
Roasted rolled belly Pork stuffed with apricot, herbs and smoked back bacon

28-day dry aged mature slow roasted prime Beef hand raised Yorkshire pudding with a hint of horse radish 
 
Salmon 
Oven Roasted Salmon Steak with a citrus butter sauce and Italian basil pesto 
 
Nut Roast 
Cashew, almond, pistachio and mushroom roast with redcurrant and port gravy (V) (VE)
