Soup 
Homemade Roasted Tomato Parsnip and Carrot with cheese straws 
 
Fruits of the Sea 
A selection of fresh sea food blanched in white wine glazed with a cream mornay dressing served on a bed a leaves 
 
Pate 
Luxury Duck Liver and Pork Pâté with Orange & Cognac Liqueur 
 
Stilton Mushroom 
Closed cup mushrooms smothered in a creamy garlic Tuxford and Tebbutt stilton sauce 
With toasted fingers of Brioche Bread (V) 
 
Melon 
Fanned chilled Melon slices and fruits of the forest drizzled with mango coulis (V)(VE)

Roasted leg of lamb drizzled with Minted Gravy 
 
Slow Roast Belly Pork and apple sauce 
Roasted rolled belly Pork stuffed with apricot, herbs and smoked back bacon

28-day dry aged mature slow roasted prime Beef hand raised Yorkshire pudding 
 
Traditional Crown of Norfolk Turkey 
Norfolk crown of turkey served and apricot stuffing with a 
velvety gravy 
 
Salmon 
Oven Roasted Salmon Steak with a citrus butter sauce 
 
Nut Roast 
Artisan Vegan/Vegetarian Pumpkin Seed & Chestnut Roast 
roasted in the oven then drizzled with a blackcurrant and madeira wine sauce (V) (VE)
