Homemade soup 
Butter Nut Squash with Chili Served with warm crusty bread and dairy Butter (V) 
 
Cajun Chicken Habanero 
Slices of warm Cajun spiced Chicken Breast on a bed of leaves drizzled with a mango, pineapple and habanero dressing 
 
Stilton Mushroom 
Closed cup mushrooms smothered in a creamy garlic, stilton and white wine sauce (V) 
Served with warm fingers of toasted Brioche bread 
 
 
Asperges Saumon fumé 
Cornets of smoked salmon stuffed with Orkney Crab Terrine served with asparagus and a citrus Jus 
 
Melon 
Fanned chilled Melon slices in a pool of raspberry sauce (V) 

Main Courses 

Poulet Farci 
Spinach Ricotta and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Lemon White Wine Sauce served with sautéed Potatoes and tender heads of broccoli 
 
Fillet Steak (£5:00 supplement) 
Prime 28 day dry aged 8oz Fillet Steak hand cut fries mushrooms onion rings and Peas and choice of either Stilton or Peppercorn sauce 
 
Lamb Shank in red wine 
Tender lamb Shank cooked in a red wine Jus served with new potatoes and Mange tout 
 
Sea Bass Gambas 
Fillet of Sea Bass with King Prawns in a lemon scampi sauce 
with sauté potatoes and pea puree 
 
Carbonara Classico (V) 
Tagliatelle Verdi tossed in a sauce made with Fresh eggs whipped double cream and topped with Mushrooms peppers and spring onion sauté in white wine
