To Start 
Honey roast parsnip and apple soup, truffle oil and parsnip crisps. 
Smoked salmon and prawn tian, pink gin marie rose sauce and pea shoot salad. 
Crispy Pork belly, Granny Smith apple ketchup and crispy crackling. 
Brie grape tartlet, toasted walnuts and rocket salad. 
 
Mains 
Ballotine of Turkey, sage and onion stuffing with pork sausage and cranberry stuffing, bacon wrapped chipolata, buttered mash, hand raised Yorkshire and red wine Jus. 
Herb roasted salmon on crushed Jersey royals, braised leek, Chive oil split cream and leek crisps. 
Braised blade of Beef, this slow cooked cut of beef is full of flavour, horseradish mash, parsnip puree, pickled Pearl onions, hand raised Yorkshire and red wine Jus. 
Wild mushroom Wellington, pomme puree, crispy kale and vermouth chestnut cream. 
All mains served with Rosemary roast potato, seasonal greens, braised red cabbage, pancetta Brussels and a boat of red wine Jus. 
 
Dessert 
Christmas pudding, vine fruit, candied peel, glace cherries, cider, brandy & rum with cinnamon custard. 
White chocolate panna cotta, wild berry compote, toasted meringue and raspberry coulis. 
Brioche bread and butter pudding, brioche bread with layers of morello cherry, lemon curd, 
brandy-soaked sultanas with vanilla custard. 
Salted caramel dark chocolate delice with brandysnap crumb and honeycomb gelato. 
Vanilla New York cheesecake, wild berry salsa, toasted walnuts and vanilla Gelato. 
Brie and Stilton slate with sourdough wafers, caramelised red onion jam, truffle honey, apple, celery and dairy butter.
