Starters 

Chef's Homemade Soup of The Day (VG VE)  
A hearty bowl of freshly made soup served 
with a fresh bread roll and butter. 
 
Duck & Orange Pâté 
Smooth Duck and Orange pate complimented with 
caramelised red onion, fresh artisan bread, 
dairy butter and a salad garnish. 
 
Fresh Water Crayfish 
Freshwater Crayfish tails & mixed leaves dressed with 
an ocean sauce served with baguette and dairy butter. 
Stilton & Garlic Mushrooms (V) 
Sauté closed cup mushrooms finished in a fresh double cream 
and stilton sauce with a hint of garlic, served with crusty bread. 
 
Fresh Fanned Melon (VG+VE) 
Honey Dew fanned and drizzled with a mango coulis. 
 
 
 
Whitebait 
Breaded north sea whitebait, deep fried, served with tartare sauce and a slice of lemon. 

Entrees 

Roasted Welsh Lamb 
Roasted Welsh lamb, cooked with rosemary, finished in a thick 
lamb jus 
 
Traditional Crown of Norfolk Turkey 
Norfolk crown of turkey served with apricot stuffing with a 
velvety gravy 
 
Mediterranean Pie (VE V) 
Crisp basil & maize pastry case filled with slow roasted tomato sauce topped with grilled courgettes, red & yellow peppers, red onions & cherry tomatoes. Baked together & finished with a basil & pumpkin seed crumb, drizzled with a vegetarian gravy. 
Slow Roasted Scottish 28-day Matured Beef 
Aged beef served with homemade apricot stuffing and glazed in 
chef’s famous gravy. 
 
English Stuffed Belly of Pork 
English Belly of Pork rolled with our savoury stuffing & apple 
sauce

Stilton Cheddar Slate (£2.95 suppliment) 
A Stilton and mature cheddar platter served with a chutney, assorted crackers butter and Greek olives. 
 
Chocolate Orange Cake 
A slice of orange sponge, generously coated in dark chocolate with soft orange fondant center. 
 
Homemade Treacle in a cup 
Home made Treacle sponge in a cup served with piping hot Devon custard or a scoop of ice-cream.. 
 
 
Chocolate Salted Caramelised Biscuit Slice (VE) 
A slice of chocolate and caramelised cheesecake finger, with chocolate sauce served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 
New-York Cheesecake (GF) 
Classic Vanilla flavour cheesecake accompanied with a mango coulis. 
 
 
Homemade Jam Roly-Poly 
Fresh strawberry jam, and suet pastry served with Devon custard. 
 
 
Hot Chocolate Dumpling 
Homemade double chocolate sponge served in a cup drizzled with chocolate sauce, sprinkling of mini caramel cubes & served with Devon custard or a scoop of ice-cream. 
 
Ice Cream Sunday 
Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla ice cream, sprinkles & wafer. 
 
 
Brioche St. Clements 
Made by Frank, layers brioche bread, soaked in home made custard with sultanas steeped in brandy, Morello Cherie and a liquid lemon curd centre, dusted with demerara sugar and baked in the oven.
