Homemade Soup (GF VE V) 
Freshly made broccoli and Cropwell Bishop Stilton soup tender broccoli heads and the king of blue cheese combine to make this classic soup served with crusty bread and dairy butter. 
Smoked Salmon with Dill Sauce and Red Roe Caviar 
Scottish salmon dried and smoked with Alder Wood accompanied by fresh dill sauce on toasted brioche and garnished with lump fish red roe caviar. 
Crispy Chicken with a Champagne Mushroom Sauce 
Lean strips of chicken breast in our own seasoned batter with a sauce of sauté mushroom double cream and champagne. 
Fresh Melon Salad (VE V) 
Melon, cucumber, tomato, freshly chopped coriander with croutons and a minted dip. 

Main Courses 

Poulet Farci (GF) 
Prime chicken breasts coated with a savoury seasoning a blend of mixed spices, herbs and pepper then filed with spinach and mozzarella topped with a chardonnay white wine sauce and a sprinkling of pancetta served with turmeric and cardamon infused basmati rice. 
Steak au Poivre 
(£5:00 supplement) 
28 day dry aged prime fillet steak medallions, hand cut triple cooked fries, a large field mushroom, beer batter onion rings and a rich brandy double cream and vegetable bouillon peppercorn sauce. 
Sea Bass Gambas 
Fillet of sea bass, from the deep ocean a fish with outstanding flavour complimented with tail-on butterfly style king prawns coated in breadcrumbs, a lemon scampi sauce served with dauphinoise potato. 
Mediterranean Pie (VE V) 
Crisp basil & maize pastry case filled with slow roasted tomato sauce topped with grilled courgettes, red & yellow peppers, red onions & cherry tomatoes. Baked together & finished with a basil & pumpkin seed crumb, drizzled with a blackcurrant and madeira wine sauce. 


Chocolate & Orange Gateau 
A moist gooey orange sponge with pockets of sticky orange curd and smothered in a rich chocolate fudge. Finished a zig zag of orange chocolate served with chantilly cream. 
Morello Cherry and Strawberry Waffles (V) 
Sweet, indulgent waffles made following an authentic Belgian recipe, studded with pearl sugar, topped with Morello cherries fresh strawberries and coconut cream 
New-York Cheesecake (GF VE V) 
A gluten free oaty biscuit base topped with a sweet vegan cheesecake style topping accompanied with a mango coulis and fruits of the forest. 
Eton mess 
Eton mess is a traditional English dessert consisting of a mixture of strawberries, blue berries, meringue, and whipped cream.
